[2017-10-05]Congratulate to NIU Innovation Incubation Center vendor “BASe” awarded subsidy from Yilan County Government

BASe Pet Food Corporate, a start-up business funded by NIU graduated students from Department of Biotechnology & Animal Science, was officially awarded subsidy from Yilan County Government recently. BASe already won supports from Ministry of Education U-start Project in 2016, this year, they continue to receive recognition from Yilan County Government through the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Project.

 

BASe focus on developing healthy and delicious pet food. All their products are made from organic or traceable agriculture products. Working with NIU Department of Food Science and Department of Biotechnology & Animal Science, and with the support from NIU Innovation Incubation Center, this young company passed challenging competition and is one of the very few start-up companies winning 2017 Yilan County Government SBIR Project.
