International Student Admission List for Fall Semester 2015 in NIU

To validate your admission, please complete ALL of the required forms indicated as the following and forward them to us prior to the respective deadline.

1.Notification of Acceptance (Deadline：June 18, 2015)
2. Enrollment Registration Form  (Deadline：June 18, 2015)
3. Application for Accommodation  (Deadline：June 18, 2015)
4. Airport Pick-up Service Form (Deadline：10 working days before departure)
5. Insurance Declaration (Deadline：August 15, 2015)

If you accept the offer of admission, please tick the case “yes” in the Notification of Acceptance and e-mail it to us by June 18, 2015. Fail to do so, your admission of acceptance will be cancelled and the enrollment will be rejected. We thank you for choosing National Ilan University and we hope you will become one of us.

※Note 1
If you are accepted by more than one department, you have to choose only one department/institute for enrollment. Please mark your decision accordingly in the Notification of Acceptance.
