To validate the admission, the newly admitted students must complete ALL of the required forms indicated as the following and forward them to us by January 26, 2016.
1. Notification of Acceptance
(1) If the newly admitted student accepts the offer of admission, please tick the case “Yes” in the Notification of Acceptance and e-mail it to us by January 26, 2016. The admission of acceptance will be cancelled if above document cannot be received on time
(2) If the newly admitted student is accepted by more than one department, he/she has to choose only one department for enrollment. Please mark the decision accordingly on the Notification of Acceptance.
