In an age of globalization like nowadays, it becomes essential and necessary for all universities to promote internationalization in order to attract students from all over the world. National Ilan University (NIU) does not only seek to achieve this goal, but it also targets a sustainable development by maintaining the quality of education, enhancing the service for students, expanding the international network, and enabling university-industry cooperation. To promote NIU’s internationalization, the Office of International Affairs was promoted as school level entity in 2014. Two divisions are created under this structure: the division of International Academica Cooperation aims to enlarge NIU’s international network and facilitate academic collaboration; the division of International Student Affairs provides services to international students at NIU and nurtures international mobility for NIU students.
